Día 6

Going to strong on day six. Went kayaking for the first time in the Hudson River on a gorgeous day. Walked with J for almost an hour. Today I hadthe usual breakfast, some quinoa sushi for lunch and ceviche for dinner. My weight was at 120 this morning -but I believe it could be water loss-. My goal is 110 or below. Feeling happy and strong! I will get there.
